| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: I spoke to Jim Jennings owner of Kountry Village, he has corrected at deficiencies found during the survey. A raw water sample tap was added to the new well, information for the new well was sent in for plan review. During plan review the reasoning for chlorination was questioned and the operator has decided to remove chlorination. The system could not find there O & M manual during the survey, they have it located now and it is updated with current information on the system. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed, all deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
