| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up on OERS incident # 2013-2228 DETAILS: After being notified by OERS at 4 pm on 10/28 of the jet fuel spill (40 gal) into the South Umpqua River north of Canyonville - which occurred at 1140 am on 10/28, I notified Paul as the water system has an intake downstream on the river. He had already been notified of the incident by the downstream user. He indicated the water system had the information they needed on the incident. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to support water system as appropriate. | ||
