| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on OERS #2013-2228 DETAILS: After being notified by OERS at 4 pm of 40 gallons of jet fuel spilled into the South Umpqua River north of Canyonville on 10-28 at 1140 am, I notified Lisa, Ellen Porters assistant of the incident. I forwarded the OERS report and the HazMat contact name & number to her. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to support water system as appropriate. | ||
