| Details: | SUMMARY: Turbidity violation DETAILS: According to Breitenbushs September monthly turbidity/disinfection report, 95% of daily turbidity readings for the month were not = 1 NTU as required by rule (taking into account significant figures, two readings were above 1.49 NTU which calculates out to 6.6% of the readings exceeding 1 NTU for the month). System received a violation postcard previously. Email reminding them of the PN requirement sent this date. ACTION NEEDED: A tier 2 public notice is required to be distributed to all users as soon as possible but no later than 30 days (due date 11/27/13), and Breitenbush has received a 10 point violation for September. | ||
