| Details: | SUMMARY: Water quality complaint DETAILS: The customer called to say the water coming out of the pipes is "bad." She says they recently flushed the system and now her fixtures are stained. She also said she is having problems with dizziness, nausea, and dehydration. I spoke with the City and he confirmed that they had been doing flushing, but that they have high Iron and manganese in the system. I left a message for the resident, stating that it is not a health concern, but aesthetic. She called back saying she had GI symptoms due to the water, and I said the results we have do not indicate a health problem, but suggested she ask the city to collect a coliform sample at her house. The system has not had any violations in the last 5 years. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
