Details: SUMMARY: M/R violation for coliform DETAILS: Matt called because he received a violation postcard in the mail. He said he forgot to send the sample result in. He took the sample in August. He sent the sample results in via email today. I explained that he still needed to take one more coliform sample before the end of the year. If that is turned in on time then the violation will be resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none
