| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT Arsenic MCl DETAILS: I spoke with Marlyn about the recent arsenic test. He couldnt confirm where the test was taken from but thinks it was in the distribution. I asked him to take a confirmation sample ASAP at the EP (right after the pressure tank where both wells mix). With those results we can determine the next step. I also reminded him that one more round of RAD Gross Alpha is needed to complete initial monitoring and resolve an outstanding violation. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on arsenic sample and advise operator. | ||
