| Details: | SUMMARY: Chem alert DETAILS: I received the test results for Ethyl Benzene and Xylenes. Both exceeded the detection limit. These tests were supposed to be the confirmation samples but were not taken during the same month. They will be counted as quarterly samples for 4th quarter 2013. I started the monitoring for the 2 contaminants on Oct 1, 2013. I notified the operator Mike Elliott of the change. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
