| Details: | SUMMARY: Diquat Detection of 0.0004 mg/l at EP-B (Little Cr Rapid Rate Plant) DETAILS: I received an alert on 10/23/13 for a detection of Diquat at 0.0004 mg/l from a sample taken at EP-B (Little Cr Rapid Rate Plant) on 9/18/13. I advised that a confirmation sample be taken as soon as possible to determine if quarterly monitoring is needed. ACTION NEEDED: Take confirmation sample for Diquat at EP-B (Little Cr Rapid Rate Plant). Quarterly sampling may be needed if the average of the confirmation sample and the 9/18/13 sample is still equal to or above the 0.0004 mg/l minimum detection level for Diquat. | ||
