| Details: | SUMMARY: LCR Excursion - single incident when pH did not meet minimum pH of 7.2 DETAILS: System had a single incident where the minimum pH of 7.2 was not met (entry point pH was 6.6 on 1-24-12). The system is allowed up to 9 of such excursions in a 6 month period. No other excursions were noted for the period 1/1/12 - 06/30/12. ACTION NEEDED: System to continue to treat to a minimum pH of 7.2 at the entry point and in the distribution system. | ||
