| Details: | SUMMARY: TTHM result of 0.102 mg/l and HAA5 result of 0.12 mg/l sampled 8-26-10 DETAILS: Received an alert for TTHM results of 0.102 mg/l and HAA5 results of 0.12 mg/l from a sample taken 8-26-10. 3rd quarter 2010 RAA is 0.117 mg/l for TTHM and 0.129 mg/l for HAA5. System is under a Bilateral Compliance agreement to install membrane filtration with ACH coagulation for improved DBP precursor removal. Plans were reviewed and granted approval to proceed with construction on 12-23-09. System issued public notice 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter 2010 for the DBP MCL. ACTION NEEDED: System to proceed with membrane installation and continue to issue quarterly public notice as long as the DBP running annual average results exceed the MCL. | ||
