| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: October 25 routine coliform positive and 4 repeats coliform positive+ including source. Spoke with James and they added 3/4 gallon bleach into reservoir and 1 cup into well on 11/2. PN has been sent to all 9 homes. This system has had some similar events in the past related to the reservoir but not the well. I suggest he inspect the well head closely for any openings/gaps, etc. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem and verify with 5 temp routines during November. Get me a copy of PN. Suggested waiting a few days until chlorine is out of system and taking 2 of 5 temp routines as verification samples. Will work up chlorine recipe for them and may do site visit. | ||
