| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLI12360 ---- A routine sample collected on 10-24-13 tested TC+. DETAILS: 10-28-13 --- JJ from White City Burger King informed me a sample collected on 10-24-13 tested TC+. I then called Chuck Benito and advised him that a triggered sample from each well along with four distribution repeats need to be collected. I added that Dutch Bros is part of the distribution system and a repeat sample needs to be collected there. I also informed Chuck that five temp routines need to be collected in November. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
