| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert:COLI12354--- The routine sample collected on 10-22-13 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 10-25-13 --- The routine sample collected on 10-22-13 tested positive for Total Coliform. I spoke with Barbara Mathieson: she explained there was a water line break that occurred and requested time to fix the leak before triggered and repeat samples are collected. I discussed this situation with Scott Curry and called Ms. Mathieson back: I advised her that the triggered and repeat samples could wait a few days until the repairs are made. I also explained that a boil water notice needs to be issued to the part of the distribution system that has no pressure. I e mailed her a Tier 1 notice. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
