| Details: | SUMMARY: E- coli Positive in Distribution DETAILS: I contacted Todd today with the alert, he said he would issue the boil water notice asap and investigate the site to determine what the source of e-coli is. It was noticed on the alert that a source sample was not taken. Todd spoke to Delta and they said they had forgotten the well head key when they collected the RP samples but will collect a SRC sample today. ACTION NEEDED: Collect additional source sample for testing. Investigate e-coli source. Issue boil water notice. | ||
