Details:	SUMMARY: Follow Up to Well #3 Fecal Contamination DETAILS: The new director Justin Michelson and I have played phone tag regarding the status of the Lost Valley water system. Justin said they are currently connected to well #2 only and he was unaware the needed to do anything else. According to the original corrective action letter they system needed to get 12months of source samples for two MPA samples for well #2 to prove it was safe. I have sent Justin a letter explaining this and have given him until December 16 2013 to respond with a decision. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for reply form Lost Valley to state if they will do the 12 months of source assessment samples or the two MPA samples.
