Details: SUMMARY: Received notice that no NO3 sample had not been taken DETAILS: Mr. Rainey received notice that the NO3 sample had not been taken for this year. He has already closed down the system for the year. When he opens next year he will take nitrate and coliform from this well, and post notice of failure to sample. ACTION NEEDED: -2014 nitrate sample to be taken -post notice of 2013 nitrate failure to sample
