| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 11/5/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let her know about the positive coliform sample. She said that she was in contact with the lab to take some follow up samples. She said that the sample location may not have been the best location to sample from as it was not a frequently used bib. I reminded her to take a triggered source sample & 3 repeat samples. I also reminded her to take 5 temp routines for Dec. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
