Details: SUMMARY: 1/5 routine total coliform positive for sample date 11-4-13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that one of the total coliform samples came back total coliform positive. He will need to sample at the active source & 3 repeat samples. Dave indicated that the well was currently in operation so that would be the source location. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary
