| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- repeat & source total coliform positive for sample date 11/15/13 DETAILS: The system operator sent me a completed copy of the public notice. I will forward the public notice to DWS. The operator said that the chlorinator was not on due to pressure from a board member. The chlorinator is back in operation. Well # 1 also had a positive chlorine detect & the operator indicated that he will disinfect then flush the well. He will take 5 temp routine samples for the month of December.
