Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 11-1-13 DETAILS: I contacted Silas to let him know about the positive coliform sample on 11-1-13. He said that Mel knew about the sample & would be out to take follow up samples right away. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
