| Details: | SUMMARY: source & routine total coliform positive for sample date 10-30-13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the positive coliform sample on 10/30/13. He said that he was just notified by the lab. I asked if the UV device was operational & he indicated that the unit was not in operation. I indicated that 4 repeat samples & source sample would be needed. I suggested that he turn the unit back on & have it serviced since the source sample was positive. I also let him know that 5 temp routine samples would be needed in November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary. | ||
