| Details: | SUMMARY: 1/4 repeat total coliform positive for sample date 10-14-10 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that one of the repeat samples from 10-14-13 was total coliform positive. This would require an updated public notice. He indicated that they would send an updated public notice & send this office a copy. I let him know to flush as best as possible or disinfect the distribution system. The source sample was absent for coliform. I let him know to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up sample results & obtain copy of completed public notice | ||
