Details: SUMMARY: routine coliform positive for sample date 10/28/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I left a message letting him know to take 3 repeat samples & a triggered source sample at the well head. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
