| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to OERS 2013-2567 DETAILS: I verified with Steve (PW staff) that the 500 gallon raw sewage overflow at Silver Ave and Brooks St. into Silver Creek on 12/2, occurred downstream from the Citys drinking water intake on Silver Creek. After referring to DWS emergency spill maps for Marion and Clackamas County, it was determined that there were no systems with surface water intakes downstream (on Silver Creek, or the Pudding and Willamette Rivers) that would be impacted by the spill. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time. | ||
