| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: Worked with system thought since initial e.coli+ on 10/1. submitted contact reports coli 12217 as did Michelle Byrd and coli 12228. Also submitted PNC investigation update 10/18/13. Submitted attached RTC request. 901766815 MCL e.coli901766811 source late reportingSystem sealed openings in Young wellhead, chlorinated, flushed and took 2 verification samples on 10/4 as well as 6 temp routine samples on 10/29 (including from both sources) and another two routine samples 11/26/13 and all absent. Not sure why late/non reporting violation was generated since system did take both triggered source samples on October 1st following Sept 29 initial routine. Please refer to contact reports for coli12228 and PNC investigation ACTION NEEDED: System should be RTCd for e.coli MCL and system score back to 0 and continued monthly routine sampling (2) (one from each side of system) | ||
