Details: SUMMARY: Bromate was detected at a level of 0.006 ppm in a sample collected on 11/5/2013 DETAILS: Bromate was detected at a level of 0.006 ppm in a sample collected on 11/5/2013. TThe current running annual average is 0.0025 mg/L which is in compliance and can be reduced to quarterly monitoring. I emailed Jeff Blum to let him know that Reedsport can now collect samples for bromate quarterly. I also let him know if the RAA gets above 0.0025 ppm, the system will need to go back to monthly monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly monitoring for bromate.
