| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 was detected above MCL for sample on 10/29/2013 DETAILS: HAA5 was detected at a level of 0.0614 in one sample and 0.0717 in another sample on 10/29/2013. These results are above the MCL which is 0.06 for HAA5. I explained the system needs to continue quarterly monitoring. Once we have 4 consecutive quarters of monitoring, we will re-examine the LRAA in relation to the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring | ||
