Details:	SUMMARY: Qtrly routine TC positive follow up DETAILS: Called Jody and discussed positive routine sample. She had no yet been notified. Discussed repeats sampling including triggered source sample. Umpqua lab does all their sampling and will take repeats ASAP. Will call lab to verify. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results to dictate future action if needed. Will need 5 temp routines in January regardless.
