Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic Violations RTC 903520211 and 903520212 DETAILS: The system had problems with arsenic treatment in February 2013. The system was reevaluated and the plumbing was reconfigured to remove toilet water from being treated. The plan review received final approval in July 2013 and continues to take quarterly samples assuring the treatment is working. Since installation of "new" treatment the system has taken 6 samples all below the MCL. The system will remain on Quarterly samples at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Please Return to Compliance
