| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample collected 11/13/13 tested positive DETAILS: 11-15-13 --- Barbara Mathieson called and left a message regarding this TC+ sample. I called Barbara back, left message. Barbara left message on my voice mail.11-18-13 --- I called Barbara twice and left voice mail each time.11-20-13 --- Barbara informed me that the 10-22-13 and 11-13-13 TC+ samples were both collected from the same tap. 11-13-13 triggered sample and two other distribution samples were coliform free. After speaking with Scott Curry, we decided invalidating samples is not necessary in this case, as this is a Non-EPA system. Instead , I recommended that another coliform sample be collected, not from a tap with a filter, labeled as a "special" and that Barbara can call me to consult on corrective action if the result is bacteria positive. I informed Barbara that they can lift the boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
