| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Violations RTC 903515313 DETAILS: The system had problems with Nitrate treatment in September 2013. The system reviewed all procedures for the treatment. The system had not kept the brine tank full due to a new employee. The procedure has been updated. The system continues to take quarterly samples assuring the treatment is working. The sample in October is below the MCL the system will remain on quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Please Return to Compliance | ||
