Details: SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: I received a call from Krinda wanting to know why they got a violation. I looked up the violation and found they failed to report 5 temporary routines for October for the positive routine coliform in September 2013. I relayed this info to her and asked her to fax in the test results to the state so they will at least see they did it. She said the results were all negative and she did do it and thought the lab had sent it in. ACTION NEEDED: none
