| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: spoke with Ron by phone about the arsenic result of 0.0127mg/l, MCL is 0.01mg/l. We discussed sending in a confirmation sample Ton stated this was completed Oct 16th. And then completing one year of quarterly samples. The confirmation sample would count as the first quarter sample. If the average of all samples is above MCL we discussed treatment would be required. Also discussed the requirement for plan review to have treatment approved by OHA DWP prior to installation. FSA is considering moving ahead with treatment now based on history of previous arsenic results. Contact info provided to Mr. Loving for Gregg Baird regarding treatment questions. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly arsenic tests for one year. Remaining tests required are Jan-Mar, Apr-June and July-Sept 2014 | ||
