Details:	SUMMARY: PNC resolution, site visit with HBH/ Circuit Rider DETAILS: Met with Mr. Everett and Robert Henry of HBH at park. HBH recommended replacement of the older style wellhead assembly. Newer style available from Monitor equipped with a housing that protects moving piston from contamination. Everett conferred with Land Dept. Director, Gary Groth. Decision is to replace the wellhead at Cavitt. If it works to eliminate contamination, then they will possibly install at other locations. ACTION NEEDED: Everett returns from leave on 12/12. 5-month enforcement letter to establish a deadline for completion to be drafted.
