| Details: | SUMMARY: TTHM and HAA5 was detected above MCL for sample on 11/14/2013 DETAILS: TTHM was detected at a level of 0.1120 and HAA5 was detected at a level of 0.0619 in a sample on 11/14/2013. These results are above the MCL which are 0.08 for TTHM and 0.06 for HAA5. I explained the system needs to continue quarterly monitoring. Once we have 4 consecutive quarters of monitoring, we will re-examine the LRAA in relation to the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring | ||
