Details: SUMMARY: RTC violations 901318911 and 901318909 DETAILS: Jason wrote a statement to change the RT total coliform sample in April to a Triggered sample. The sample was marked well headJason also brought a PN for the nonreporting of TC due in Forth Quarter. All supporting documentation has been submitted to DPW today 12-12-13Please return to compliance for the violations listed above ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat samples and advise operator.
