| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance - Lead and copper (LC) DETAILS: I received an email from Jeremy Burress with the LC test results for all taps. I also spoke to him on the phone. I requested a legend for the samples which he also emailed me. He told me sample #6 was taken from a bathroom that is never used. I spoke with Gregg Baird who said it is ok for me to invalidate that sample and that the test results do not have to be sent in to the state. I relayed the info to Jeremy and let him know he has 20 days to re-take sample #6. Jeremy also said the plumbing was already replaced at Bucholz Nursery and wanted to re-take those samples. I told him that s ok ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
