| Details: | SUMMARY: complaint/boil water DETAILS: System is on a boil water notice due to lack of water (severe leaks have forced the system to valve off a majority of the permanent residents). System will remain on a boil water until water service is restored and lab tests come back absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute public notice to residents and submit copy to DWS. Continue working on correcting the plumbing issues. Keep DWS posted on progress. | ||
