| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+/EC positive on monthly source sample, PNC DETAILS: Called T Allen, who had not yet heard of test result-- camp host Steve Scott 541-337-9635 is gone for holidays but was the one who took the sample-- I notified Tami that 5 more well samples needed to go in, cautioned regarding proper sample technique-- she said she and her husband will take the samples on Thursday-- reminded her that residuals must be taken and recorded every day, even on days when the office is closed.
