| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: After submitting source assessment samples to the state for review it was determined that chlorination was not necessary and could be removed from the water system. Kevin Hunt has removed chlorination from water system. Survey had one deficiency for not collecting twice weekly chlorine residual samples. Deficiency has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
