Details:	SUMMARY: Alert follow up for temporary routine TC+ DETAILS: Spoke with John and system took 3 of 5 temp routines 12/18. Well and distribution sample absent but "cistern" sample positive. System will continue to investigate cause of coliforms and correct. Public notice from November 21st is still in effect and customers are aware. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work on correcting coliform problem, continue public notice until samples all show absent. I plan to make field visit ASAP. At least 5 temp routines will be required again during January.
