Details: SUMMARY: E. Coli Source Corrective Action Follow Up DETAILS: Spoke to Justin today, they got our action letter and will start monthly source assessment sampling in January for Well #2. This is an action required by a previous corrective action letter in regards to there main well #3 testing E.coli positive. Well #2 was brought online and now needs to complete a year of source assessment sampling to show it is safe. ACTION NEEDED: 12 months of source assessment samples on Well #2.
