Details: | SUMMARY: A caller, wishing to remain anonymous, complained about the no water and no system pressure at Frontier Park. DETAILS: 12-16-13 ---A caller, wishing to remain anonymous, complained about no water and no system pressure at Frontier Park. I called Steve this morning and left a voice mail.12-16-13 --- I spoke with Doc Shelton regarding the lack of system pressure and advised him to issue a boil water notice. I sent Doc a template along with DWS contact info to send a completed copy of the notice. I informed Scott Curry that a boil water notice was being issued at this water system.12-26-13 --- A caller left an anonymous voice mail, saying they are still having water supply issues. 12-31-13 --- After getting clarification from Karen Kelley, I spoke with Doc Shelton and advised him that if he can keep constant positive pressure the boil notice can be lifted. Doc informed me he will keep the notice in effect until he is certain positive pressure can be maintained. He said bringing the other well on line will not be a possibility and that additional storage will be pursued but that Scott Curry advised him an engineered drawing is needed before additional storage can be placed into service. ACTION NEEDED: See above. |
