| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Carlton owns and operates a surface water system that provides treated water for domestic purposes to a full-time population of 1,680 persons, through 800 connections. The source for the City’s water is an intake on Panther Creek. The treatment plant is a pressure filtration system. A previous contact tracer study was completed by the Circuit Rider (in 2010). Following a sanitary survey with Fred Kalish (OHA/DWS), the city contacted the Circuit Rider with the request to provide additional testing at higher flows. Entered data from contact tracer testing. ACTION NEEDED: Complete tracer study report. | ||
