Details:	01.25.01 – Mr. Grim reported via email that the system has addressed the significant deficiencies noted during the survey conducted on September 23, 2020. Specifially, the pull rope that was attached to the submersible pump and exited the well casing has been removed. This was completed by pulling the down pipe and pump and completely eliminating the pull rope and resealing the well seal. Task completed in January 2021. Other corrective actions taken to improve the safety and operation of the water system: - The check valve separating the raw water sample tap and the outflow to the system has been replaced. Task completed in January 2021. - A tank cleaning contract will be issued soon to clean the storage water tank.
