| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The Tri-City Joint Water and Sanitary Authority owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,500 people through 1,500 connections. Water is treated from the North Umpqua River. Recent mechanical changes to the WTP allow it to operate at its full capacity (although it has not done so to date). Additionally, clearwell baffling was installed to increase contact time. Paul Wilborn with the CWS contacted the Circuit Rider to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. Modified CT Tracer Study report as required by DWS Staff ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting final approval. | ||
