| Details: | SUMMARY: RAD Monitoring Violations DETAILS: The WS needs one more quarterly round of testing for Radium Combined (226, 228) and has 4 violations for not sampling/reporting it. I spoke with both Juan and Arturo several times in Oct and Dec 2013 about the testing requirement. I spoke with Arturo on 1/8/14 and he informed me the test was taken over a month ago and he is waiting for results back from the lab. I confirmed with Waterlab the Radium test was taken on 12/11/13. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on RAD results and adjust monitoring schedule as needed. | ||
