| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/30/13 DETAILS: I contacted the church & Dennis called me back. I let him know about the positive total coliform sample. I reminded him to be sure to take a sample at the well head & 3 repeats in the distribution system. He said that the lab was scheduled to come out on Friday. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
