| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up from survey date 5-30-13 DETAILS: System operator sent me a picture of the new installed & upgraded source sample tap. She indicated that she sent in the paperwork for the cross connection ordinance to Michael Perry at the State. This will resolve all of the significant deficiencies & violations from the 5-30-13 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
